Ls1 cam help???????

Hi Everyone,
i'm new to this forum, just looking for some help with cams, currently looking at a 230/235 114/5 lsa or a 233/237 115 lsa.
just wondering if anyone has used any off these cams or similar and how you found them with either stock internals or moded engines, will be going s/c or turbo kit not to far down the track and tougher bottom end with 3.7 diff gears, vehicle is an auto 5.7ltr ls1.
the 230/235 is a custom grind and the 233/237 is an off the shelf cam.
this is the specs for the 233/237 115 lsa:
Lobe Separation 115 Valve Lift
Inlet Opens 30.5 B.T.D.C. Inlet Closes 78.5 A.B.D.C. 0.553
Exhaust Opens 84.5 B.B.D.C. Exhaust Closes 32.5 A.T.D.C. 0.553
Inlet Duration 233 at 0.050 289 Advertised
Exhaust Duration 237 at 0.050 297 Advertised
