Default Can I remove this tube?

I just need to move it out of the way for the time being. I'm trying to get to the last bolt on the pass. side coil pack rail. it's the tube to the RIGHT of the tube with the silver clamp. Also, not the convoluted(sp?) tubing. Thanks.

You really don't even need to put in the last bolt, its just something you will have to remove again if you ever do any work back there again. Make sure the others are tight to the bracket doesnt rattle. I'd try my best to put the bolt back in, but you might be just fine without it.

Youd be better off leaving it out. I only use the first 3 on mine... To answer your question though. Yes, you can remove it. Its a hose for the heater core. Youll lose some coolant and be sure the motor is cold.

Screw that - anyone that does work on their car more than once a century uses at most 4 of the coil pack bolts. I use 3 on the passenger side and 4 on the driver side - no problems what so ever for a year + and multiple H/C, headers, etc. swaps.

My back coil pack bolt has been out for 4 years now. It is definitely not needed.

You need a 10mm stubby ratcheting wrench and the bolt will be out in a matter of seconds.

I should have clarified, I'm relocating the coil packs to the firewall, and this bolt is all that's stopping me.....for now. Thanks for the help guys.
