Default lq9 question

hey guys, i just bought an lq9 engine off a member on here and have a quick question. the engine has arp main studs and arp rod bolts. does anyone know what the weak link on these engines is? i keep reading that the stock bottom end is reliable up to 550-600. what is the first thing that gives out?

At that horsepower level you will either have a rod or a piston let go. Usually it happens on #7 cylinder.

what is the crank good to? if you were to do rods and pistons for an FI setup, would leaving the crank stock be adequate?
