5.3 question

Will 5.3's with 2.02/1.6 valves fit on a 5.3 motor? Seen another thread like this with no answers

Im not 100% sure but i think the valves are going to hit the cylinder walls your bore is 3.78 if not it will be close

5.3 bore is 3.779.valve guide spacing is 1.913.add valve spacing to half the valve sizes,you get about 3.723 pretty close.

Not trying to hijack the thread but would a set of ported 853's be a better choice?
