Default need some cam help

I have an 02 droptop 6spd daily driver. 20k miles looking to do cam only no heads. I don't want to have to wind it up to 6 grand to get any power I like my torque. I need something that can lug along @ 1500 rpm in 6th gear when it needs to and a thumpin idle would be nice. I was thinking of Tick performance polluter cam. Any suggestions would be helpful. 400 rwhp would be nice . Long tubes, cat back, lid and filter are only other mods . Might do underdrive pully and electric water pump while its apart.
Torque
drivability
thumpin idle is my priority list.

The Tick Performance Polluter Cam is big (24x/24x (.61x"/.61x") you will need supporting mods if you want to run that cam like a fast intake 92 or 102 good headers 1 7/8 and a good tuner!! you probably need a cam in the 22*/22* or in the 23*

You wont be lugging a Polluter around on 6th gear. You need to look at cams for power under the curve.

+1 on the Patrick-G or Geoff Skinner (EPS) Maybe the street sweeper HT,Tr230,or something along those lines.

IMO, you don't want to much duration, stick to the 220-230 range.
