Default just another cam install question

ok guys quick question here. i am buying a NIB cam off a good friend hopefully tommorw. the cam is 238/242 .620 .620 112+4 i beleive (very close to ms4 i know that)

how would i install this cam as far as timing goes with the 4 deg advanced already ground in? i do not have the means to degree it with a wheel. would dot to dot work for an every day DIY guy like me? or go with an adjustable timing set and retard the timing with that?

thanks in advance!

If the cam has advance ground in it, you should just be able to install it straight up. It is nice to degree it in to confirm the cam is actually ground correctly to what the cam card reads. Let me know if you have any other questions!
