Default Is this possible need some help??

Ok, i had a cam put in my car a dew months back and the shop remove the heads and "clean them up" and install new gaskets and everything. Well, my question is I'm thinkin of adding some LS6 heads to it and i need to know if my pushrods will work. When i called them they said the heads were milled but i still had the stock length pushrods?? is this possible? I just dont want to chance messing up a new set of heads or worse. any help is very much appreciated.

TIA.....

yes very possable due to the sloppy lifters.

I shaved my heads .020 and used 7.4 inch pushrods.

Do a search on this issue it has been brought up numerous times.
