Default cam suggestions for cam only?

hey guys looking for recomendations for a good cam i have a 99 z28 with lid full exhaust 150 shot and underdrive pulleys. 853 stock heads for now. i would like cam recomendations so i can also choose the stall to go with it. i do plan on doing heads probably for income tax so i will have to get a cam that will also do good with aftermarket heads but for now will be cam only with a stall. saw a guy make good numbers with a vrx4 cam recently but not sure if that is suitable for me. any other recomendations are appreciated. not asking for the best just a few opinions. so i can choose the best cam i feel will be for me out of all the suggestions

Search chrs1313 when he had a custom El Torro 230/230 cam. His car was on a diet but he hit 10's cam only... I ran the same cam except on a 234/.612 exhaust lobe and really liked it... It is on a 111LSA so it sounds sick too....

Good thing about the Vengeance racing cams is they love trickflow heads for if you decided to do heads. Are you looking for a big cam or mild cam?

I'm cam only and Love my cam, rolls hard, and keeps pulling.
This man speaks the truth, I can't wait to get my TFS heads.

Nice new sig numbers SOMbitch.

I would say go with something 228/232 or 230/232 with slightly over .600 lift and a 113LSA, should be a good balance between idle quality and peak hp rpm. I would have Patg ir somebody spec the exact measurements though. An ss3600 would be a great stall if you're not a Daliy Driver IMO, otherwise the ss3200 should work fine too.
