Default Ok to drive without EGR?

I am going to put a LS6 intake on my car and don't really care to keep the EGR crap, and i was just wondering if it would be alright to drive without it for a little while? I'll have to drive about 2 hours to get my car dyno tuned at Speed Inc. and i didn't know if this would cause a problem. Also going in before the tune is a B1 cam, Stage 2 heads, 3.42's, and ASP Pulley .

Thanks

It'll be fine. The check engine light will be on, but you will have no drivability problems.
