weird oil pressure reading
Another simple test is to get into your car, put it in 1st gear, step on the accelerator and drive into a large brick wall. If you take the wall down, presumably you have enough pressure in your engine and consequently your car will be fine

One day, with his chubby b/f in the car, he went over a bump and ripped off his precious body kit.
Queer bank to say the least.
I got on it for the first time racing my friend's z06 vette and at around 150mph the car just fell on its face and stopped accelerating. I noticed afterward that the oil pressure was a lot lower, I figured the oil was just hot and let it sit for a while to cool off. When I came back out a couple hours later the oil pressure was the same. Now the oil pressure hits about 35psi on startup when it is cold and drops to about 15psi on idle when it is warm. The oil pressure does not really increase with RPM, and it still drops under load. The highest the oil pressure gets is on engine deceleration and it only gets to 40psi or so max. I don't really know what to do, can anyone offer advice?
I don't have a whole lot of money because I spent most of it on the car, and I need to drive this thing around.
