Default Best Turbo Cam!!

Almost time for me to get a cam, I just got my TH350, and a 3000 stall, with 3.08 gear. The car will be at least 3,800LBS. Thinking of getting a 76-78 turbo, also plan on running E-85. What kind of lift will the springs in a stock 2002 LQ4 take? Think i covered it all, so give my some idea's, and at a good price would be even better!

not enough to support a turbo cam. there is no such thing as a BEST turbo cam. get a custom grind cam spec'd out for your application. contact Patrick Guerra which is a sponsor or maybe VA speed or EPS... all sponsors

I wouldnt even run the springs on a stock cam with boost.

LS6 cam seems to work awsome in my 6.0 boosted on E85.

Thanks for the reply. Anyone know the spec's on a LS9 cam? Also what the part# for LS9 Head Gaskets, and 2002 LQ4 APR Head Bolts. Who sells the tool to remove the springs without removing the heads? I just read that the 2002 Z06 cam has a smaller base circle, will i need longer push rods with the cam, or will the kit they sell come with longer push rods? What lenth will the push rods be?

Ordered the LS6 cam, and 7.450 push rods. I did need longer push rods right? I saw where the LS6 cam had a .50 smaller base circle.

yup, longer pushrods would be needed. the best thing to do though is to measure for your specific setup, then order pushrods.
