LS1 Comp Cam questions

LS1 Comp Cam questions hey guys i recently bought this cam along with the comp cam 1.72 roller rockers and comp cam stock ls1 length pushrods... I also have the patriot spring kit.
LS1 Comp Cams LSR Cathedral Port Cam (243/251 114LSA) 5.7L-6.2L
(Int. 243 Ext. 251 Lift Int. .624 Exh. .624 LSA 114°)
i kno this is a big lift, but will my heads and valvetrain be able to take it?
ill be running the fast manifold and throttle body
but can anyone tell me if this cam will cause any issues for me with my stock cylinder heads? like i said i have the springs pushrods and roller rocekers all from comp cam the springs are patriot..
