Default Double spring and head question

I have begun to install my new cam and valve train. The instructions say to run the engine for the first 30mins-1hr with just the outside set of the valve springs.

Is there any special way to get the inner springs out or is it just pushing them?

also when pulling apart the head to put the testing springs on cylinder one, I realized that some of the valve seats have surface rust on them. They were reseated when I purchased the heads, do I need them to be redone or is this ok?

Id tell the instructions to kiss my *** or buy a different set if I had to go through that hassel. Installing them the first time was more than enough for me, at least in my F-body.

The guy I talked to yesterday at bumper-to-bumper was not sure why the inner springs would have to be taken out for a hydraulic roller setup. He was not positive but thats his two cents.
