Default Torquer V3 with 62cc heads?

Will that cam fit without having to flycut. I believe the specs are 231/234 111 LSA. Anyone running that cam with heads millled to 62cc?

What kind of heads are they? Do they have larger valves? How much were they milled to get to the 62cc chamber? We will need some more info before we can properly answer that question.

They are AFR 205 heads. I don't believe they have the larger valves and I think they started out a 66cc and were milled down to 62cc. I appriciate your help.

That setup should be able to clear with no issues but I would definately measure before you actually fire the motor over. AFRs start with a thicker casting which allows these kind of build to work without flycutting.

I can't say that I have seen that exact set up with the AFRs but I know we have done a couple sets of our PRC 215s with the torquer v.3. The last one that sticks out in my head was a M6 Trans Am that put out 441 rwhp and 408rwtq with an LS6 intake. With a FAST I think 450+ would have been attainable.

Nice, my goal is anywhere from 440rwhp to 450rwhp. I plan on doing a FAST later down the line, but for now, the LS6 intake will have to do.

Generally accepted streetcar minimun is .080 intake and .100 exhaust because the piston and valve are moving towards each other..

also do you know how much the LS6 pistons are out of the hole?

Average about .007 out of the hole.... Yea my guess is flycut but ya never know.. chrs1313 on here will rent you a Lindy tool....

any opinions or advice
Have fun

this might be a dumb question but why is hitting the rev limiter/over rev bad its a computer generated rev limit not mechanical rev limit so why would the set clearances change or be in jeopardy
