99 6.0 crank identification.

The 6.0's all had the standard short-snout....You may be referring instead to the rear crank flange?? On some of the trucks the rear flange was thicker, which causes problems if you're trying to run F-body transmission components.
From another post by bww3588:
"casting number 216 was the shorter crank (LS1 length) and 215 was the longer truck style.
the only difference between a 216 truck (5.3, 6.0) and the 216 (LS1) is the LS1 crank has been gun drilled. other than that, they are identical."
"the only years for the 215 crank was 99-2000 6.0 engines. 2001 they went to a shorter 216 crank with a spacer."
