What to do with 6 L heads

What to do with 6 L heads I have already browsed all the threads on this subject, but still have some questions. I cam across a set of 6.0 L Heads (casting # 317) and don't know what to do with them? I am aware they have 71cc chambers which will lower my C/R to 9:1. Is the deck height the same on these heads as they are on my stock LS1 heads? If I mill them down say 0.050 will my PtoV clearance be to close? Does it affect flow at all if the chambers are welded to reduce the Chamber CC? HELP!! Give me ideas on a kick a## set up
