How bad dose the LS1 engine float valves at high rpms?
what springs, and spring tensions are recomended?

depends on the setup your running.

 

stock ls1
and if going to heads,cam, what springs, and rockers (size, and brand)
should be used, on a TSP 231/237 cam.

on a stock setup you get most valve float by mechanical over rev.
on a h/c setup as long as you get some good springs your fine, you can use 918's with the tsp 231 but i'd recommend crane duals, great price for a good spring. and stock rockers are fine, but if you want true roller rockers look into YT or Comps. stock ratio 1.7's.
