Default Cam and crank gear alignment question

Now I may just be paranoid but better safe than sorry I aligned the dots exact and tightend it all down then when I put my pulley back on the crank I moved the crank over quit a bit I'm sure the dots are not lined any more does it need to be straite up and down on start up or am I ok? sorry dum question but wanna make sure thanks

Doesn't matter once the timing gears are both bolted correctly in place.
