Default Removal of Intake Required to Replace Cam Sensor?

Do any of you know if it's possible to replace the cam position sensor without removing the intake? Seems like a long shot, but I thought I'd ask before diving in.

Thanks,
Josh

It would be real difficult..It only takes about 20 minutes to get the intake off anyway!! Good luck..

You could, but it would be like changing your brake pads without taking off your wheel. 20 minutes tops to remove the intake, and the cam sensor would then be looking right at you.

Thanks guys, we just finished up. It didn't take as long as I thought it would, but my car still won't start.
