Default old setup vs new setup comparison

so first off my old setup was a 346ls1 with a ms3 on a 112lsa. with stock ls1 heads and pacesetters. and my new setup is in sig. my new setup is not tuned yet still only have 150 miles on the new motor/clutch. but my ms3 setup was alot louder and more choppier. this setup is now quiet and not even that choppy. which is wierd considering my cam is a 240/256 .64x/.64x 111lsa. do you think my tune will make this more choppy? what do you think is up with this setup

Maybe it's less choppy because the extra cubes better utilize the big cam.

It still should be pretty choppy with 26 degrees of overlap. Your tuner should be able to help you out with that by lowering you idle to you liking.
