im gonna be buying 5.3 heads off a friend of mine and i was wondering if i get them milled to 59 cc if i would have any PTV problems?? and i will also be running a 222/224 566/568 cam and wondering if i could run 1.8 rockers? thanks for any help.

 

i was told you could run high 220's to low 230's with milled 5.3 heads. none the less you should always check PTV. i have a weisco pistons with a manley valve imbedded in it just for that reason. anyway i have a set of harland sharp 1.8's new in the original shrink wrap if you are interested. think i paid 380 for them new, and i would let them go for 300 to 325 (make offer) depending on shipping (ups insured). pm me if interested.

 

it would have to be later in the winter if i were to buy them. but anybody else know anything?.. and would there be any problems with the intake fitting or not?
