The ms4 I love and trickflow heads plane out rock,my car is tuned pretty good and my idle is a lil chopy but no where near others I have heard, but a cam that big a tuner can cut down on the surging and bucking at low rpms but imo you kind of will have that a lil bit no matter how good your tune is,mine runs really well, only surges just a lil bit,and only bucks just a very very lil at around 25 mph,we are still working on the tune though, but I'm sure with those heads what ever cam you go with will fly,I would agree on having pat g spec one for you, what kind of intake set up are you going with?I wish I had the extra money for trick flows they are really sweet heads and look like gold lol,you get a good cam in there, pop on a fast setup and you got a great combo that should make really good numbers but more important perform great, you did not mess up going with those what so ever

For $600.00 more you could of got a set from t.e.a and had them hand finished for better results. A good set of heads is worth a few extra bucks,it's where the power is.
GRYGNU-A 7.5 pushrod does not always work. I now have the packagefrom vengeance. t.f.s 235 hads, custom cam, fast 102mm,yella terras. A 7.5 push rod held the valves open and i had no compression. We needed a 7.45 after a push rod checker was used.
