Between the noise of my exhaust and the cam sewing machine noise, I hardly notice it anymore.. Can't hear it over all that..

i have noticed the same noise thats been there for a awhile now after doing some research i see its pretty common but in my case in park between 1500-2000 rpm it feels pretty rough would this be related. almost like a miss but i have no engine codes or any misfires when i had it on the scanner very noticable holding the steering wheel, otherwise driving the car is great doesnt miss a beat very strong anyone have any ideas any help would b greatly appreciated

Piston slap , big cam , fairly high mileage engine becoming a little out of balance as pistons wear at different rates ,,,,,,,,,,not very surprising
