low oil pressure, help!

low oil pressure, help!
Have a 2004 6.0 in a GMC Yukon denalli. 113,000 miles.
Low oil pressure light came on, pressure is 0 at idle, 20 psi at 35 mph.
Had sensor checked out ok, changed oil and filter and pressure is better but still low.
checked with mechanical gauge and pressure is low.
Had shop pull pan and it appears # 2 cam bearing has moved approx. 1/8" back.
(see attached photo's), if this is the case would this cause low pressure?
Can cam be removed, new bearing installed and reassembled and be good to go?
Or is there more to repair?
Thanks for the help.

My 225k '02 5.3L idles at 53# and anything above 1800RPMs, it sits at 75#. Get on a set speed for more than 30 seconds or so and it'll drop down to 65# and stay constant until the throttle position changes
Edit: Forgot to add the most important part. Previous owner stated he had some sort of LS6 drilled oil pump installed. Duno how much truth there is to it, but whatever. I'm happy with it.
To the OP, I'd take the pictures and info and roll with it... seems like you're already shooting between the lines
