Read up about the guy that paid ~$13,000 to ARE up front for an engine and ~8 months later had no motor. ARE wanted to charge a ~20 percent restocking fee on a motor they never completed. ARE faxed him photo copies of post dated checks saying they would refund his money. What a joke.
