Default Question on LQ9/LQ4 Block

How much can you safely bore a stock LQ9 block out to? How many cubic inches would this be? Thanks for your help.

4.030 is a popular overbore, i forget what stroke you need but this bore yeilds 408ci with the correct stroke.
