a yr and a half ago i had the tsp torquer 2 238/252 and 600/605 112lsa put in my car. i just got thru looking at the cam box and just found out it was a 238/ 252. i thought it was a 238/248. shows you how pleased i am. as far as the cam it drives like it was stock. all i have is a little bucking in 1st when i idle it around. my tunner set the rpm to 6900, due to the all stock inturnals. my shop had tsp do this cam for me and wow it still makes me happy evertime i drive it. but doing a cam is like buying your car! buy what you like, not what every person is getting and hate it later. my shop told me if i went any bigger i would have to fly cut the pistons!

I would say call EPS since they are doing great things with smaller profile cams. A decent sized cam with some good gears will make the car a blast to drive.

it seems like a popular choice these days....
I was originally running the XE 268 and I didn't think I was making enough power so I stepped up to the 274. I really didn't notice too much of a performance increase, however the car was more streetable with the 268. I'm thinking of bleed down type lifters to try to restore some low end vacuum.

I saw the post a member on here made about his EPS cam. He made considerable power with the same long-block I'd be using. The cam seems a bit small though.

Lots of research to do....
