Default Question Regarding Which head set to use

Decided I want to go with a ms3 cam, i feel it will suit my needs best but as for the proper head configuration with it.. that is the question. I Figure to get the most power out of this i will go with a 59cc combustion Chamber But IS it better to use ls6 heads or 5.3 heads. I can purchase both with a 59cc, ls6 heads being a little more expensive. This set up is also being used with a stock bottom end. So what would u guys reccommend. LS6 vs 5.3.

if nether head is ported go with the ls6 head.what rear gears and trans are you running.you can get a custom cam for $25 more that will work better with your combo.

I don't think the MS3 will fit a 59cc head without fly cutting (Could be wrong though) as I've read both ways. I ran a MS3 with their 62cc 5.3 head and made 430rwhp

Currently i have a 10 bolt with 4.11's 4l60 and 3200 yank stall. I will be upgrading to a 12bolt, but rear gear selection is still not decided. either a 3.73 or 4.11. I also plan to spray this car if needed to get it into the mid 10s.

I ran the car last month. With only a set of pacesetters, converter and 4.11s, with me driving and having tranny issues car ran a best of 12.5 at 110. so i figure a sick headcam combo with the ls6 intake and spray will get me where i wanna be.
