oh wow that's worse than i was even expecting for a puff. Does the exhaust smell strongly of fuel by chance?

i would have to say the valve stem seals, that is something you should have replaced when the valve springs were out. try to pull out the spark plugs and figure out which one is soaked in oil

cyl 7 spark plug is soaked in oil!!!

yea kinda not really fuel smell but the exhaust smell...like just letting the car run that long when i went back in the house my cloths smelt like exhaust pretty strong

you can pull the intake manifold and check and see how the intake ports look before you pull the valve covers.

this will at least be a quick check on the intake valve seal.

pulling the manifold will take more time then removing the driver side valve cover and replacing the stem seals
