Exclamation Idle problem at cold start

I havea 2000 z-28 and when it's cold outside in the morning with a temp of below 36 degrees my car will idle fine until the air pump shuts off and then it will idle ruff and shut off sometimes. If i try to start my car when it's warmer outside it's fine. I don't know what the problem is i think it might be the air intake or fuel management. I put a new ecu in it last month. So if anybody has any advice i'd be glad to hear it thanks.

Check the intake bolts, mine was doing the same thing and they were all loose.

alright thanks i appreciate it my other option is to go buy a new car cause I don't have the time to try to find out what is wrong and spend hours working on it like i used to. Were there any certain ones that i should check?
