Sounds great!

Let me know when your ready for a set of cylinder heads, the PRC 215 heads can give you back some needed p/v clearance & give you a 59.5cc runner without cutting the pistons!!

I love the way a TREX makes all the car alarms go off all around them when they crank up.

Good info to have on the heads!

I couldn't agree more on the TREX NemeSS there is no reason to reinvent the wheel, proven power with the TREX.

Does sound great. So did you measure for PTV clearance? if so what was it. or did you just jam it in there?

Thanks, I couldn't be more pleased with the way it sounds.

Didn't measure, the thought was if it didn't have enough clearance it would let us know and it was going to be time for forged pistons, ARP rod bolts and 200 shot.

Do it!! There are some things I like to be unique about, but a cam isn't one of them. Proven off the shelf power that sounds ridiculous. hahaha

the only kicker with the rex is that it doesnt kick in till about 3500rpm
you dont loose anything down low, so it still feels stock...other than the lopety-lope that is...

but you just cant beat the fact that it IS off the shelf proven power that fits under almost every stock LS1/LS6 combo without having to do anything to the pistons

I cant tell you the # of people who ask me what cam to get to make power, and I tell them T-Rex. when they tell me they dont want something that big beacuse its not streetable... I show them examples like yours Brian...
the look on your face as we were driving down the road and you said.. "it drives like stock..and doesnt buck or have cam surge lugging it in 6th gear at 60mph" .... that look was something I wish I could show everybody...

Sounds great. Just goes to show, it's not how big your cam is, it's how good of a tuner you have. Someone recently had a small cam with terrible manners.
