i was puting in my arp rod bolts and got a coupld of them in before i had some little sleeve pull out with the factory bolt, am i suppose to leave that sleeve in with these new bolts or remove them?

Jim you can remove that little sleeve. That is just a retention sleeve for the stock bolts, to hold them in place. It generally comes out when you knock the old bolts out of the cap. Just remove them and you will be fine.
