Is it worth swapping this cam??????

My car is a C5 A4 I am running a TCS4200 stall with 3.73 gears I have all of the bolt on's, Stage 2 Heads milled .033. My current cam is 218/224 567/567 113. I am thinking about getting the F11 228/230 581/591 114+4. How much would I gain at the track and on the dyno? My car is currently at 387 RWHP thru 3.73 gears, stock cats and full exhaust.

25-30 rwhp at peak.....I would think 420rwhp for sure

about 410-415 hp with good tuning.

I'd guess about 20-25hp with a good tune at peak.
