Which Manley springs? Is it their kit? If not, what retainer are you running? What cam specs are going with it?

Manley is liking providing two seat values at two installation heights. The actual installed height is determined by the seat value required by the cam. I would shoot for 135# on the seat and figure out what installed height is required. Do you have a shim kit to adjust the seat value (installed height)?

Not sure what your seat value should be for a boosted application. I would contact Manley to get a value but you probably need more seat force then 135#. The shims are available from Comp. Manley may also have them.

10-12lbs I would shoot for around 140-150 closed and 400 open.
