Internal Engine Prob or no?

Another damn problem OK, so had the prob of car not wanting to start after days of sitting about a week after headwork/cam/headers/injectors. Car eventually started after numerous tries and threw EGR Ricurculation code, got fixed. Now went to start it about 3 days later, and nothing again, turns over, fuel pump turns on, and i know hear something resembling a loose peice of metal(bolt) in the driver side head, seems to be jumping around when starting up? ANy ideas?

If it sounds as if something is loose, there is only one thing you can do. Start pulling parts and see if anything is floating around. If there is something there, don't keep trying to start the motor. You could increase any damage that is already done. How does the oil look? Is there any water/coolant mixing in? Is the noise more of a consistent tap or is it a loud clanking noise? Does the car lock up on start or does it turn over just fine now? Need more description. Have you checked the springs?

hmm if you hear something bouncing around I would check it out before starting it. Doesnt take much to cause a sh*tload of damage. Maybe you are getting intermittent spark though? Make sure your battery is tight and can you measure voltage at the coil pack connector?
