Ls1 finally out the top..
Pulled it with trans only because I read the horror stories about getting all the bolts off. I had to remove the driver side motor mount that attaches to the front crossmember to get more clearance for the trans and I also had to remove the hood. If I would have pulled just the motor I wouldn't have had to do either. I had no prob getting it out with the crank pulley still attached.
Now it's off with the oil pan to see which rod bearing is spun; then it's off to AES for some machine work.
