question about ported heads??

Default question about ported heads??

i had my patriot heads hand ported while i had them off and the porter deshrouded my combustion chambers my question is it ok to run stock 5.7 MLS head gaskets or do i have to run 6.0 head gaskets??

run gaskets that match the chamber of the head IMO

Measure the chamber bore and run a gasket at least .03 larger.

if the chamber is bigger than the bore i wouldn't want exposed gasket hanging in the chamber. seems like a good way to start problems. i'm going with Pred on this one
