Trickflow 215's Well a few months ago I got my self a pair of Trickflows 215 heads. But now I finally have the money for the rest of the head swap i'm planning to order soon. I picked the yella terra ultra lites 1.7 With the help of Patrick G. I'm also getting a custom cam from patrick G soon.
My question is how long should the pushrods be?
Which lifters i should get?
And what gaskets?
Is there anything else I'm missing?

You will have to measure - there are simply too many variables (cam base circle, lifter, heads milled or not, head gasket, rocker arm).
Patrick G helped me with my custom cam and head set-up but I had to measure for pushrods. Patrick G did "guess" which push rod I might need, and so did Total Engine Airflow. Neither "guess" was close to the final answer.
With some vendors, you can buy more than one size pushrod and return the ones you do not use.

To answer your questions, I would recommend measuring your pushrod length. Since Trickflow 215s are an aftermarket casting head the deck is thicker and the pushrod length should be longer than normal. It is very hard to guess at it so I think its better to measure on this type of setup. I would run some LS7 lifter with this combination, they should have no issues dealing with the RPMs you will be seeing. For gasket, it depends on how big your cam is and what kind of clearance you will have. Typically we mill heads and go back in with a stock head gasket, but there are aftermarket gaskets that are thinner if you have enough clearance for them.

Gaskets= Get a set of Gm Mls gaskets, don't use graphite again.

Pushrods= You have to measure for new length pushrods.
And I strongly suggest you make the switch to arp head bolts. Gm head bolts can only be safely used one time and they need thrown away.

But at least i know what lifters im going for now.

And as of right now.... im saying no.
Since i dont know many places around town i would trust to do that....
soooo... thats why im saying no.
But they tell me if i get it milled i can crank out some more hp.
