Now as for the heads from LPE, you don't need a kidney transplant for them. LPE charges $1595 or so for CNC work on a set of LS6 heads. If you want the pots hand blended and finished it is about $800. Brian, feel free to send me your flow data on LPE or any other heads on your bench. Just let me know what orifice size, bench type, etc... you used.
Again, don't confude the LPE in house head with the GMPP head. For comparison sakes, I have a buddy with a set of GMPP heads on a 2001 Z06 with the stock 2001 cam that makes 390RWHP.
As for the in house heads underperforming, I don't call 425-430 HP with a small cam (GT2-3) to be anything to be ashamed of. LPE has its target market other shops have theirs.
