Default Vacuum Line on back of LS6 intake? Need Help!

I'm in the process of doing an ls6 intake swap. on the back there is a vacuum line that runs towards the passenger side of the engine bay, I broke the end off that fits onto the back of the intake, the intake I am swapping on is a zo6 ls6 intake and had that vacuum line blocked off with a small hose and a screw.

my question is, can i keep that line blocked off or is that the line that runs my A/C vents? I am also removing my EGR and AIR and blocking them off.

i broke the opsu even though i tried very hard not to

the vacuum line on the back of the new intake is broken off and a rubber hosed was clamped on and a screw put in to seal it off. Could i put the broken end of the intake into the hose and clamp it down real good with the screw clamp? maybe put some epoxy on it to seal it?

There is a small line that heads toward the passenger side of the firewall. It is for your ac controls inside the dash. Just take the line from the car and attach it to the spot thats block off on the new intake. As plain as that.
