Default Fly cutting

I need to fly cut stock LS1 pistons for a 2.08 in valve, just wondering if anybody knows how deep you can cut into pistons before issues may occur

You can go .080" to .100" without any problems.

I was gonna say I have seen .100" but that was bigger then most on here would need.
I did .060" on my 6 liter so I could someday live my dream of running a Texas Giant cam...
