Default belt ronding

how do i run the belt and what size belt do i need for my 5.3l motor when i just want to run the water pump and alternator.no ac no powersteering do i need any adapter brackets or a alternator bracket do to it this way?

i mean i have a bare block no pullys or nothing as a start i need to buy everything i have nothing to work off

About the only way is to find someone with the same setup. If you cant do that, you need to not buy a bet at the moment and install everything the way it will be ran and then measure with a tape.

Custom accessories means you get to measure the belt. Its not hard

Tip, use a wire instead of wrapping the tape measure up

You can get fabric tape measures at wal-mart and fabric stores. I would never try that with a carpenters tape lol

They stretch still, not a good thing. Wire/cables have a set length and dont stretch

Also, be sure you pull the tensioner to mid-range when measuring or your belt will be too long
