narrowing down cam

244/248 cam? thinking of a:
244/248, 0.575/0.575, 110LSA cam for my 388 all bore. (3300lb M6 road car with 3.73s....not drag)
Will I gain anything adding that extra exhaust duration (have Hooker LTs...1-3/4" primarys that run through 2.5" x-pipe)? If no large gain, will I see much loss?
