Default ARP head stud question

I just got my ARP 6 pt head stud kit. It has 10 8mmx 2.5 in studs, along with the others, what are they for?
also do you reuse the outside stock GM bolts?
Thanks

The smaller diameter ones are for the top row of small bolts.
