Can I do a 370 out of a alumin. 5.7?

No i dont think so the aluminum block can only take a .010 over bore and that would def not net you the 370 cubes. They achieve that on the 364 lqx motors because you can bore much more out of an iron block. You can however stroke the ls1 to 383 but for the bang for the buck your better off with a 402/408 lq9

A +.030 overbored LS2 or LQ4/9 with a stock 3.622 crank will yield a 370 cid.

From what I read an LS1 stockblock can't be overbored to 4.03 from 3.90.

Check out ERL blocks.
