Default A/T crank and 6spd same?

I have a 2000 ls1 automatic crank that im building a motor with for my 00 6speed. Is it the same just add a bushing/bearing in the back?

Same crank. The only cranks that were different were earlier model truck 5.3 and 6.0 engines installed in HD trucks. Just install the correct pilot bearing.

Definitely the same crank. Like cadivette said, only some of the earlier truck models had a longer flange on the crank. Other than that they are all the same.
