Thank You Summit Racing
Man i ordered my Eagle 4.00" stroker crank from almost two weeks ago and i actaully got it a day early
When they told me that i would have it in two weeks i was like" yeah right" sure enough i got it yesterday!!. I opened the box today and it looks perfect. The counter balances are smooth down real nice, they oil hole are chamford down, and the journels are polished like a mirror, they packed it with these two soft rubber supports and used expansion foam around the whole crank especial around the the reluctor wheel. It looked better than i thought. I saw other LS1 cranks at SEMA and it looks like Eagle spent more time making the crank look like a higher quality piece. And for $820.39
I saw the Callies crank, which is a awesome piece as well, but they it's not totally balanced and the weights aren't cheap, where the Eagle cranks comes internally balanced!! That just goes to show how long companies like Lunati were price galging us to dealth. The Callies is much better priced than Lunati. And i really liked the Crowler cranks i saw that SEMA. They build the best. I was listened in when my buddy was talking to Dave Crowler himself, he's a real stand up guy. If i didn't get my Eagle on time, i would have placed a call the Crowler. Their rods were top quality as well, plus the cams they are going to be offering. But i just wanted to keep you all posted that Summit has the Eagles in stock. Unless they all sold all ready
