Default not getting oil to the rockers? please help

i am trying to research this currently but would appreciate any ideas. car is a 99 ws6 TF215 head and cam package been on the car for about a year. two weeks ago it developed some rocker noise and i know stock rockers have issues with this so i tried another set of lower mileage stock rockers i had laying around and started with out valve covers to check them. that is when i noticed none of the rockers are getting oil. has good oil pressure at idle around 40-45. ive checked oil plugs, dog bone, rear cover, oil pump o-ring, all clean outs, and have found nothing out of the ordinary. only thing else i can think is a crack in the oil passage somewhere? any ideas or suggestion much appreciated thank you

It takes time, up to a few minutes, for all of the rockers to get oil upon start up on pre-ls6 blocks. Give it more time. The oil will get there. First, the driver side, then the passenger side.

Beat me to it, like said above. The passenger side takes couple of min sometimes before it sees oil. It's bc there is no passage way on the back of the block to help aid this problem.

On a prior build, I had a cam bearing walk, contacted the lifter and completely blocked an oil passage to the top end.
This of course, would be your worse case scenario...

Thank you for your input guys it is much appreciated! I ran the car with no valve covers to see if it was getting oil to the top end. I know it takes time to get oil there but if it ran fine for a year and now it isn't get oil to the top there's got to be a reason
