kinda stuck? any advice

kinda stuck? any advice ok Im in the middle of doing the rocker trunion upgrade from tsp.
after removing the rockers I pulled out 7 bent push rods.
My car's completely stock planned to keep that way for little bit.
car has no more then 98k.
Im trying to find the right springs and pushrods set up for my car.
which Im thinking about going with the ls6 springs, tsp harden pushrods and valve seals, retainers and so on.. is there a package? or should I reused my old seals and retainers
should I pulled heads or do compression check first before I move further

That is not to uncommon if you have a 6 spd car and rev to high from time to time!!! Couldn't hurt to do the whole package as long as you are there. Give TexasSpeed a call, I am sure they can hook you up with a decent set-up. You will need some sort of Valve Spring tool.
