Default lq4 combo hp?

Heres what I am thinking.
lq4 stock bottom end and heads
vic jr carb intake
carb built by ****** for e85 or alky
1 3/4 inch open headers
Im unsure about cam I was going to go MS4 but am thinking maybe solid roller instead.
Any guess what kind of power something like this would make?
What is it safe to rev these to with stock bottom end?

couple things to think about here a vic jr or super vic likes 7k + rpm to make power. So a stout bottom end would be in order to live at that rpm. Second look into a larger cam than the ms4 if not a solid roller if your going through the hassle of a vic jr.

Ill probably stick with the rpm then. This is a budget build, why Im sticking with stock bottom end and heads. Any idea what kind of power Im looking at?
